HOW OUR LIMITED GUARANTEE WORKS
Our goal is the same as yours: to make sure you have the skills to pass the CFP^® Certification Examination. Our guarantee will help you do that. You will become an eligible graduate and be able to take advantage of our guarantee if you:

1.		Successfully complete all of the required coursework in the Kaplan University online Certificate in Financial Planning program (the "Program"); AND
2.		Meet the requirements of CFP® Certification Examination participation; AND
3.		Take the CFP® Certification Examination within six months of completion of the program; AND
4.		You do not pass.

 

As an eligible graduate, you have a period of up to three years from the date set forth below to access Kaplan University's:

		Online Program to refresh concepts
		Online help services to pose questions to faculty
		Online Review Course
		Live Review course, based upon availability3

 
To take advantage of the Guarantee, eligible graduates will be asked to submit their officially authorized Guarantee document together with a certified copy of the actual CFP^® Certification Examination results within six (6) months of receiving their examination results.
 
Costs of any textbooks or materials are not included in this Guarantee.
 
This offer expires on the date set forth in the official Guarantee document. Offer open only to new students in the Program. This offer supersedes all others applicable to the Program. All refresher coursework must be completed within three (3) years of the date set forth in the official Guarantee document. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this guarantee allows eligible graduates to take advantage of the above benefits only for so long as Kaplan University continues in the business of providing the CFP Board-Registered Certificate in Financial Planning program. Kaplan University and Dearborn reserves the right to cease offering such a program at its sole discretion.
